Vedla jsem asset management odděleni pro ING REAL ESTATE s portfoliem přesahujícím 500 milionů EUR a působila několik let ve vedeni a rozvoji manažerské firmy EMCM, později akvírované CBRE v ČR.
V roce 2011 jsem založila svou vlastní společnost SB Property Services, kterou jsem po osmi letech úspěšného růstu prodala spol. Savills. V rámci Savills jsem se stala klíčovou osobností integrace týmů a rozvoje správy nemovitostí v ČR a SR. Jsem dvojnásobnou vítězkou prestižního ocenění Leading Female Property Professional.
Při mé práci kladu důraz na dlouhodobou hodnotu aktiv a schopnost budovat silné týmy i vztahy s klienty.

Michaela joined Savills in November 2017 following the acquisition of SB Property Services. Michaela established SBPS in early 2011 with her colleague Martina Bartek and was Managing Director/Partner of the company. In just 6 years, the company gained more than 185,000 sq m under property and/or asset management with responsibility for over € 400 million of projects and had a team consisting of 25 experienced people. SBPS worked with both local and international clients.

CAREER HISTORY
Before establishing her own company, Michaela worked as Head of Asset Management Czech Republic, Slovakia and Austria for ING Real Estate Investment Management. She was responsible for a € 500 mil. portfolio.
Previously, her property management experience was gained from her role as General Manager of TK Development’s subsidiary – Euro Mall Centre Management Czech Republic (now CBRE). At that time, the company managed more than 30 retail properties for multiple clients, including: GE Capital Real Estate, Heitman, Meinl European Land Group, Europolis, Dawney Day and ING Real Estate.
